A lot of people view LinkedIn as a social network, where the goal is to get comments and followers, go viral, build influence.
But Linkedin is a hiring tool. Every day recruiters use it to find candidates, and hiring teams look at hundreds of profiles, looking for strong reasons to invite someone to an interview. Your posts can have an audience of less than 100 and get you the job.
My recommended strategy: treat your Linkedin like a portfolio of your stories, achievements and thinking.
