I found 100 jobs this week! CSMs continue to dominate the volume but Senior CSM right now is outpacing Experienced CSMs.
Even with a big volume increase, Median salary hasn’t budged much, but we did see Leadership go up a smidge and Onboarding go down a smidge.
To best explain this, I’ve added a Salary distribution chart to every category tab. This will help you see the bands where the salaries are concentrated both across 2026 and each individual week. Here’s what that looks like for CSMs this week:

The majority of roles this week were in the $100k band, but the majority of roles this year are actually in the $90k band, with $100k following close behind. Isn’t this so interesting? I’m excited to see how this shapes up over time.
