split Onboarding into Experienced and Senior, like CSM roles
categorized by date, instead of of salary or skill level
added line breaks between the role link, company, and salary and took them out of a bulleted list
added some more industry categories

Shoutout to the folks who are adding cover letters to every application — I know that takes a lot of time of work and we see you!
If I was making a blanket recommendation, it would fall somewhere between Sometimes, and Only When Required. Cover letters take a lot of time, and there’s just no guarantee they will get read.
But, if you are making a career transition, a cover letter can be a useful tool to explain why and how you would be a good fit.
If you have very specific industry experience that is difficult to explain in your resume, a cover letter can be a useful tool to demonstrate your expertise.
If you feel called to write a cover letter, write one. If you don’t think your application needs it, don’t.
