If you’re on the hunt for a new job, it’s tempting to give up for the next month and assume the holidays will make it impossible to get hired, and many people will do just that. Which is why there is a great opportunity for you!

Casual job seekers, like those who have an existing job and are looking for something better, are much more likely to abandon the search this time of year, reducing competition for roles.

Teams are incentivized to use up all of their annual budget, so any team with leftovers will be looking to hire before the fiscal year ends.
